How to Engage eMasterseMasters' core business is Design, Advertising & Promotions. In essence, we provide internet marketing solutions to other internet marketing companies. A unique feature of eMasters' products is that many come in “off the peg” packages and with fixed costs to help you with your budget and cash flow. To help us help you keep to the package price, we ask for your cooperation in electing one source of contact for brief development and decisions — Please also read our terms and scope of services for the specific product you are interested in. We also have FAQs for the different product categories to give you an overview of the service so you can evaluate if we are right for you. Note: Our design services are branded by Shoi's designs, so please have a look at her unique eye for the aesthetics. This is how it works If you are satisfied that the product meets your needs, and you're ready to commit, proceed to place your order — Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a project brief questionnaire to help you further crystallize and refine your ideas (and for us to fully understand your requirements) — Or, if you feel you would like to have the questionnaire before you place your order, drop us an email and we will forward one to you for the product you are interested in. When the questionnaire is returned to us, we will either ask for further clarification (if we are still unclear about your requirements)... or give you a commencement date & estimated turnaround time for your project (upon receipt of your order) — We will keep to the time frame so long as you return timely approvals for the work. If you have any queries or special needs that do not fit neatly into one of our “off-the-peg” packages, do contact us and we'll see how best we can be of service. Note: We can quote for the job if you have a specific scope of works OR we can determine the quantum of work from your submitted materials — If you do not have these, or are not sure, or would like us to undertake some planning work for you, please refer to our consulting services.
