Terms of Service



  • Number of drafts: Up to 2 free edits per package
  • Additional drafts: Price upon request
  • Page length: One eBook page is equivalent to One A4 document (210 x 297 mm) of your text manuscript submitted.
  • Format: Your eBook will be compiled/published in downloadable .exe eBook format for optimal presentation of layout, navigation links and graphics, unless pre-agreed for ebook to be published in .pdf format.
  • Turnaround: First draft is presented within 5-7 business days after receipt of your order, payment approval and/or final project brief. Any changes and revisions are made within 5-7 business days, depending on complexity of work. Completed and approved draft will be electronically delivered within 1 business day after receipt of your final approval.

    Special Note on Design Ownership & Trademark/Copyright:

  • Ownership: eMasters agrees to sign over all rights associated with the ownership and use of materials originated by eMasters to the customer upon delivery of the final product. Until that time eMasters holds and reserves all rights to any content created by eMasters as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America (Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Upon completion of this project by eMasters, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media, in all markets, for unlimited period of time. eMasters retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed by eMasters, regardless of ownership, for display and self-promotional purposes.
  • Trademark & Copyright: eMasters provides no guarantee of copyright to customer. Customer assumes responsibility of obtaining Trademark or Copyright of any material created by eMasters. eMasters assumes no liability in the event the customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright of said material for any reason.

    Special Note on eMasters' Service-Based Deliverables:

  • Waiting time: Due to our very affordable prices as well as the popularity of our brands, there may be a brief waiting time, over and above normal turnaround time, for eMasters' service-based deliverables. We promise to keep you fully informed should this happen.
  • Commencement of project: Commencement will be dependent upon receipt of your payment approval by the credit card company/bank/payment processor, or upon receipt of your completed order specifications/final project brief.
  • No-Risk Guarantee: All eMasters' service-based deliverables are covered by eMasters' Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. NO refunds can be given once an order has been approved or authorized by the credit card company/bank/payment processor. However, eMasters guarantees a FULL replacement value if you email us us within 30 days of delivery date to let us know why you were dissatisfied with our service. This is in accordance with the industry norm for any service-based transaction which includes, but is not limited to, advertising, website & graphics design, publishing, editing and copywriting.
